It was established in July 2001 to impart quality education and training to the students in the field of Management & Software Technology. It is managed and run by the religious society of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), Bijnor Province. The Carmelites of Mary Immaculate, a religious congregation founded in 1831 at Mannanam in Kerala by Blessed Kuriakose Elias Chavara, is a spiritual movement with social commitment in education, health and other fields of human interaction. It runs around 300 educational institutions which include a university, engineering, technical, medical, management, social, and arts & science colleges in India apart from hospitals/health centres (48), social/rural development centres (162), cultural/communication centres (21) and publishing/printing houses (49) as part of its missions.
